Open Question: 'Hinting' on a loved ones fashion sense! Help please...?

Hi guys, i'm faced with a bit of a dilemma! OK, so next week myself and my twin and extended family from across Alabama are meeting up as a reunion, something we do very rarely so I want to look good and also make my sister try and experiment with new fashion/presentation of herself on the big day...I'm at odds ends when it comes to telling her to dress up a bit and, if i'm honest, make a bit of an effort to dress up!
